An historic palace near Arezzo, surrounded by a huge lawn with roses, oaks, cypresses and vineyards, where the Vino Santo is made from. Inside there are some frescos and original furniture (originally from the beginning of the 20th century). Piero Mascagni slept in one of these bedrooms: he was a famous lyric composer (well-known his Cavalleria Rusticana).

An antique friars dwelling of 13th century, today renovated in a Relais in the heart of Vald’Orcia, not far away from Pienza and Montepulciano, in the province of Siena. A project commissioned by an Italian show man, who decide to make the entire structure environmental friendly: eco friendly architecture, organic agriculture techniques, swimming pool without chlorines, etc…Unmissable: the panoramic pool with Jacuzzi.

A villa at the seaside, on the top of Argentario, in Maremma, nearby the boundary with Lazio. In a reserved zone, with a pool with a view over the sea and a park of 6 hectares, it’s an heaven to get away from the busy beaches. Between the frivolous localities of Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano, it could be even the starting point for tours into the near islands of Giglio and Giannutri.

A tower, with Spanish origin, above a cliff over the sea, in Maremma, close to Talomone, which can accommodates up to 12 people. From this top you can admire all the Tuscan coast: the islands, the Uccellina park and the Argentario. This building has been the venue for some shooting of the James Bond’s movie “Quantum of Solace”.

By the way the available options are many and very various, but you will certainly find out how nice the Tuscany is, either countryside, seaside or art cities. The advantages of an own house, the services of a hotel (you may ask for breakfast, laundry, cooking class and much more), the luxury of a space exclusive for you.
