Maria’s apartments consist on two holiday houses (Red Apartment and Green Apartment), completely restored and situated on the top floor, accessed by an internal staircase.

The property, dating back to the 1700’s, has a favorite geographical position in the heart of the medieval village of Peccioli, the famous town for its traces belonging to Etruscan period.

Apartments have all facilities including: satellite TV; bed linen and bath towels (weekly change); cot and highchair; water, gas and electricity; cleaning on departure.

The Red Apartment has 2 sleeps while the Green one has 4 sleeps.
